As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.
About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience
- Committed to creating equitable experiences, fostering an inclusive team and continuous learning on diversity, equity and inclusion

- Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and rapidly evolving business priorities

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
