Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Technician – Pickleball & Basketball Resurfacing to help manage and complete sports-surface projects across the Atlanta area. This role involves hands-on work resurfacing pickleball, basketball, and tennis surfaces, assisting with new construction, and leading a small crew to make sure each job is completed with quality and professionalism.
You will be responsible for tasks such as crack repairs, surface prep, mixing and applying coatings, operating small equipment, painting and striping lines, and ensuring the job site stays clean and organized. The ideal candidate is someone who works well with a team, communicates clearly with customers, and takes pride in delivering a clean finished product.
Responsibilities
Lead and assist with sports surface resurfacing projects, including pickleball, basketball, and tennis (depending on the job)
- Help oversee and support new construction projects as needed
- Perform site prep tasks such as cleaning, patching, crack repair, leveling, and surface preparation
- Mix and apply resurfacing materials, coatings, and paints according to project specs
- Handle striping and layout for game lines with precision and accuracy
- Operate small tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with the team and customers to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Assist with additional tasks such as cleanup, loading materials, and basic maintenance
- Travel outside the Atlanta area may be required depending on the job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
