We provide a full continuum of addiction treatment and recovery services, including residential treatment at our 70-acre Georgetown campus, intensive outpatient services, sober living, and recovery coaching.

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant for a flexible, part-time role focused on financial analysis, reconciliations, and special accounting projects. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting expertise, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and see projects through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and review financial records.
- Analyze financial information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and accuracy.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Take ownership of special accounting projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- QuickBooks and budgeting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare insurance processes preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
