Responsibilities
- Project Management: Supervise framing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage framing crews to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all framing work meets company standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
- Material Management: Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and manage on-site inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and perform job-site inspections.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and implement blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, architects, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
