The Operations Program Manager is a highly strategic individual contributor who serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief of Staff for the Supply Chain Management organization. This senior-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple business functions, ensuring execution against organizational priorities, improving business processes, and providing visibility into critical operational metrics.

They are proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally organized, with the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple high-priority workstreams. This role partners closely with executives, Finance, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, and cross-functional business leaders to improve operational performance, drive accountability, and enable informed executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Strategic Execution
- Serve as a strategic operational partner to the Chief of Staff in executing organizational priorities and key business initiatives.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs that improve operational efficiency, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communications for leadership reviews.
- Drive operational cadence activities including organizational planning, and executive reporting.
Financial Operations
- Partner with Finance and Global Operations to monitor and improve Accounts Receivable performance across external manufacturing partners.
- Track aging receivables, identify payment risks, escalate issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolution to improve cash flow performance.
- Maintain financial tracking mechanisms and provide executive visibility into outstanding balances, payment trends, and operational risks.
Metrics, KPIs & Business Insights
- Own the development and maintenance of organizational dashboards and scorecards.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across Supply Chain Management operations.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure consistent reporting accuracy and establish governance around operational metrics.
Workforce Planning & Headcount Management
- Manage organizational headcount planning and hiring execution across the Supply Chain Management team.
- Track progress against annual hiring plans, ensuring successful execution of planned hires over the next 12-18 months.
- Partner closely with recruiting managers, HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership to monitor requisition status, hiring velocity, organizational capacity, and forecasted staffing needs.
- Provide executive reporting on hiring progress, open positions, onboarding status, and workforce planning metrics.
Onboarding & Organizational Enablement
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees to accelerate productivity and organizational integration.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding materials, training plans, and operational documentation.
- Help establish repeatable operational processes that improve employee experience and organizational readiness.
Program & Project Management
- Lead multiple concurrent strategic initiatives with competing priorities.
- Identify dependencies, risks, mitigation strategies, and executive decision points.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements that simplify operations and increase organizational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Technology organizations.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing executive-level operational reporting.
- Experience with financial tracking, operational metrics, forecasting, and executive dashboards.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, headcount management, recruiting processes, and organizational planning.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting executive leadership.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills.
- Experience working across Finance, HR, Operations, and executive leadership teams.
