Job Overview:
- Inspect, clean, test, and distribute patient care equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance.
- Process code carts by restocking supplies, verifying expiration dates, and maintaining readiness.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies and equipment, verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Identify and route damaged equipment for repair, ensuring all items meet safety and inspection standards.
- Maintain inventory levels through stocking, cycle counts, inventory audits, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Deliver inventory, non-inventory, rental, and STAT supplies promptly to hospital departments.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe receiving, storage, and distribution areas.
- Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with departments to support hospital operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of prior supply chain experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
- Ability to reconcile numbers/nomenclature in PO’s & packing slips with accuracy.
- Heavy lifting required
