- Assigns, tracks, and resolves service tickets accurately and timely.
- Office & Event Support
- Participates in registration periods for all terms (fall, spring, summer, FlagSHIP).
- Supports office events and initiatives as assigned.
- Assists the College Registrar in monitoring FERPA compliance and safeguarding the confidentiality of student records.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two or more years of customer service experience in higher education or a related field.
- Knowledge of higher education procedures, student records, and registrar functions.
- Standard office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), with occasional evening and weekend hours required (e.g., term registration, graduation ceremony).
- Work performed under limited direct supervision, requiring discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- This is a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, and the incumbent will be expected to perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
