- Integration Development: Build and maintain data mappings, workflows, APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces across cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve production incidents, and implement monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations, improve processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted tools.
- Technical Leadership: Develop documentation, establish integration standards and best practices, and mentor team members as needed.

Integration Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
