Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve a business partner who manages the full-cycle recruitment process while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develops recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leads full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
• Builds talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Advises managers on labor market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
• Improves recruiting processes and the candidate experience.
• Uses recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions.
• Collaborates with HR on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives..

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese language skills are a required.
• Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or corporate positions with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working in a fast paced, public, multi-state/international, technical organization with an evolving culture from start up to maturing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
• Attention to detail, strong interviewing, sourcing, and interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully while building relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple conflicting priorities with a strong sense of detail.
• Professional judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues.
• Drive change and challenge process improvement in a positive way.
• Strong team player and willingness to assist team members as needed.
• Take initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation.
• Analytical and embraces technology.
