Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find products, answering questions, and delivering excellent service. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to teach you our systems, product line, and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter, answer questions about products, and guide them to the right solutions. • Sales & Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) cash register, process cash/card transactions, handle returns, and assist with signing customers up for rewards programs. • Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize inventory, set up promotional displays, and ensure the sales floor stays clean and welcoming. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to meet daily and monthly store sales goals.
