Sourcing Capability Building: Train the team on cutting-edge sourcing techniques, boolean search strategies, AI-driven discovery tools, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence gathering.

Skills & Requirements
-
Outreach Campaign Execution: Develop multi-touch engagement campaigns and personalized outreach strategies that achieve industry-leading response rates from passive talent.
DE&I Sourcing Programs: Build and embed equitable sourcing frameworks to ensure diverse representation across all candidate pipelines from first touch to top-of-funnel conversion.

Metrics & Insights: Track, analyze, and present sourcing conversion metrics, channel ROI, and market intelligence to Talent Acquisition leadership and business executives.
Stack & Tooling Ownership: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sourcing tools, platforms, and vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing CRMs, data enrichment tools, AI platforms).
Recruiter & Hiring Manager Alignment: Partner closely with TA Managers and Recruiting Lead partners to calibrate candidate profiles, refine intake requirements, and ensure seamless hand-offs from sourcer to recruiter.

Candidates with experience in high-volume recruiting, talent development programs, or HR business partnering for large workforces stand out in this market. Building relationships with Houston's many professional associations in oil and gas, healthcare, and hospitality also opens doors faster than cold applications.
