What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Louisville tax administration team during tax season with organizing documents, tracking tax paperwork, and additional administrative tasks.
- Assist with assembling and processing completed tax return packages for delivery to clients.
- Help keep client files organized and follow up on missing documents as directed by the team.
- Work a flexible, part-time schedule designed around classes and commitments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT, Outlook and Excel and learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Success in working independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit strong communication skills - willingness to ask questions to gain knowledge of complex subjects
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
