WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team to help tell our story, ship campaigns, and support the marketing efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with world-class aspirations to gain hands-on digital marketing experience while working on content that drives awareness.

We're looking for candidates with world-class ambition - marketers with excellent communication, organization, and creative skills who are passionate about pushing creative boundaries and committed to achieving excellence in their field.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with marketing content, build one-pagers for airports, partners, etc.
• Create email newsletters and marketing automations
• Collaborate with designers to create short form video content while adhering to brand guidelines
• Manage social media accounts, track performance of campaigns, and optimize for growth
• Collaborate with design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Plan and publish a weekly update cadence around product, and pilot milestones

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Branding Skills - You have a strong eye for visual brand consistency. Showcase your ability to create cohesive brand systems in your portfolio
• Video Editing Skills - You can use video editing tools to create a meaningful, memorable, and engaging experience. You can re-create video effects based on references.
• Communication Skills - Share your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition into visuals that are easy to understand. You take verbal feedback and turn it into actionable next steps with clear follow-through. You align with teammates to ask clarifying questions instead of assuming what’s needed.
• Organization - Demonstrate your thoughtful approach to file management, time management, task prioritization
• Creative Thinking - We value marketers who also inspire fellow marketers
• Tool Proficiency - Experience with video editing tools, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva
• Initiative - You thrive in an autonomous environment and can initiate new tasks. You’re able to come up with great concepts, and execute them independently.

COMPENSATION FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

• Compensation: Interns will receive competitive hourly pay. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
• Flexibility: Work hours are adaptable to accommodate interns' existing commitments.
