Founded by husband-and-wife team Beth and Rich Kahn, Anura was built on the belief that every marketing dollar should count. Every day, businesses around the world rely on our technology to stop bots, malware, click fraud, and sophisticated invalid traffic before it wastes their advertising budgets.

Technical Support Engineer Jobs in Delaware: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a technical support engineer in Delaware?
Technical support engineering in Delaware has no state-issued license requirement, so the path centers on education and credentials. Most employers in Wilmington and Newark expect at least an associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, typically from institutions like the University of Delaware or Delaware Technical Community College. Entry-level candidates strengthen their applications with CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications, which Delaware employers consistently list as preferred qualifications.
Which companies hire technical support engineers in Delaware?
Employers hiring technical support engineers in Delaware right now include CVS Health, JPMorganChase, and Telus, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Delaware's concentration of financial services headquarters and life sciences operations means a significant share of openings come from large corporate technology departments rather than standalone tech firms.
Which Delaware cities have the most technical support engineer jobs?
The cities with the most technical support engineer openings in Delaware are Dover, Newark, and Wilmington. Wilmington dominates because it hosts the corporate headquarters and regional technology centers of major banks and financial institutions, while Newark benefits from the University of Delaware's research ecosystem and the biotech and pharmaceutical employers clustered along the Route 1 corridor, and Dover draws openings from state government agencies and defense-related contractors.
Are there remote technical support engineer jobs in Delaware?
Yes, and more than most fields, because technical support work focused on software, cloud systems, and enterprise applications translates well to remote environments. About 18% of technical support engineer openings tied to Delaware are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the desk-based nature of much of the work. Roles involving hands-on hardware support or on-site infrastructure maintenance are more likely to require in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a technical support engineer in Delaware with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a help desk or IT support specialist role, which Delaware employers like JPMorgan Chase and AstraZeneca use as a pipeline into technical support engineering. Delaware Technical Community College offers associate programs in information technology that align directly with entry-level requirements. A CompTIA A+ certification gives candidates without work history a concrete credential, and lateral moves from customer service or operations roles at large Wilmington employers are common starting points.
Where can I find and apply to technical support engineer jobs in Delaware?
You can find and apply to technical support engineer jobs in Delaware on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience, location preference, and specialty, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
