Technical Support Specialist (MSP)
About XceedIT, Inc.
Description
Love Technology? Love Solving Problems? We Should Talk.
At XceedIT, we don’t believe IT is just about resetting passwords and asking, “Have you tried turning it off and back on?” (Although… sometimes that really is the answer.)
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to learn something new every single day.
If you get excited about new gadgets, enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working, or have ever spent your weekend building a PC, setting up a home lab, or helping friends fix their computers just because you enjoy it—you’ll probably fit right in.
This is primarily a remote position, but you must live near Atlanta, GA and be available to travel to client sites for projects, onsite support, installations, or other hands-on work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Solving technical problems for businesses that rely on us every day
- Providing remote support to clients while occasionally traveling to client sites when hands-on assistance is needed
- Working with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications
- Troubleshooting everything from simple password resets to complex network issues
- Learning from experienced engineers while developing your own technical skills
- Helping clients have an amazing experience with every interaction
- Occasionally saving the day before our clients even realize there’s a problem
What We’re Looking For
We require at least 1 year of professional IT experience.
You don’t have to know everything. We’re far more interested in someone who’s curious, motivated, and eager to learn than someone who already has every certification under the sun.
You should have:
- Great customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for technology
- The ability to think logically under pressure
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
- Remote support tools
- PowerShell
Why You’ll Love Working Here
✔ You’ll learn more in your first year than many IT jobs teach in three.
✔ No two days are ever the same.
✔ You’ll work with modern technology instead of ancient systems nobody wants to touch.
✔ You’ll be surrounded by people who actually enjoy technology.
✔ You’ll have opportunities to grow your career—not just your job title.
Benefits
- Competitive pay
- Paid time off
- Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability insurance
- Health Saving Account with company match
- Retirement plan with company match
- Paid training and certification opportunities
- Modern tools and equipment
- A supportive team that actually helps each other
- Real opportunities for advancement
Our Culture
We’re serious about our clients—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, help each other solve tough problems, share knowledge freely, and believe work should actually be enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place where you can build a career instead of just collecting a paycheck, we’d love to meet you.
Salary
$45,000 - $65,000 per year
