- Implementation Support: Audit go-live milestones against onboarding data to ensure process accuracy and system health.

Customer Success Intern Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail regarding data integrity and auditing.
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence) or a strong willingness to learn technical platforms is a plus.

How do you become a senior customer success engineer in Georgia?
The path to a senior customer success engineer role in Georgia runs through a technical degree and progressive experience in customer-facing roles. Georgia does not require a state-issued license for this position. Most Georgia employers expect candidates to hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering, combined with several years in solutions engineering or technical account management. Certifications from Salesforce, AWS, or Gainsight carry real weight with Atlanta-area tech and fintech employers.
How much do senior customer success engineers make in Georgia?
Senior customer success engineers in Georgia earn a median of about $98,840 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $72,580 for the lowest 10% to over $159,760 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire senior customer success engineers in Georgia?
Employers hiring senior customer success engineers in Georgia right now include Samsara, Infor, and Stripe, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's concentration of enterprise software, payments technology, and cloud services firms in and around Atlanta makes it one of the more active markets in the Southeast for this role.
Which Georgia cities have the most senior customer success engineer jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Norcross have the most senior customer success engineer openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the majority of demand as the state's primary enterprise technology hub, while Alpharetta's dense concentration of fintech and SaaS companies generates a steady share of openings, and Savannah's growing logistics and port technology sector accounts for activity outside the metro core.
Are there remote senior customer success engineer jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Senior customer success engineering is a largely desk-based, communication-driven role that translates well to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 92% of senior customer success engineer openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how widely distributed enterprise SaaS and cloud clients are. The portions of the role most often performed remotely include onboarding calls, QBRs, and technical troubleshooting sessions.
How can I get hired as a senior customer success engineer in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a technical support or associate solutions engineer role at a mid-size Atlanta SaaS or fintech company, where internal mobility into customer success is common. Companies like NCR Voyix and Salesforce run structured associate and rotational programs that place candidates without direct CSE experience into customer-facing technical roles. A Salesforce Administrator certification or AWS Cloud Practitioner credential gives Georgia applicants a concrete edge when competing for these entry-level seats.
