Job Description
The SAP Project Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving execution, alignment, and momentum for the SAP transformation program. The role is responsible for ensuring that the program progresses in a structured, disciplined, and well-documented manner, enabling timely decision-making and delivery of key milestones. This position requires a highly organized and proactive leader, with a bias toward action, who can translate complex discussions into clear documentation, maintain project governance artifacts, and actively move both the internal delivery team and client stakeholders toward decisions and execution. The Project Manager will work closely with program leadership, functional leads, and client stakeholders to maintain project discipline, ensure transparency, and drive progress across the implementation lifecycle.
Skills & Experience required:
- Have previous experience of large scale multiple deployments of SAP - Implementation and Rollouts
- Manufacturing, Engineering or Chemicals experience would be advantageous
- Strong Communication, Project Management experience
- Experience in S4/HANA implementations & global rollouts, ECC migrations into S4/HANA including both on premise and cloud versions is required
- 15 to 20 years of work experience in total that includes technical or functional work on SAP, process consulting, stakeholder management, and project / program delivery
- Broad program management experience - ability to navigate Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies, handled multi-country programs
- Ability to engage senior client executives, i.e., C-suite, and Line of Business Executives in one-on-one discussions
