Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.
- Track project budgets, costs, change orders, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with field supervision, engineering, BIM/VDC teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Support project scheduling and manpower planning efforts.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Monitor material deliveries and equipment procurement.
- Participate in owner, contractor, and coordination meetings.
- Help maintain project controls and reporting requirements.
- Support quality control and safety initiatives throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of construction experience preferred.
- Electrical construction experience is a plus.
- Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accubid experience is a big plus.
- Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus.
