We are looking for a Divisional Project Engineering Manager!

Summary: The Divisional Project Engineering Manager leads engineering projects with a focus on enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and implementing robust process improvements to support operational excellence

Essential Duties:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, local and federal regulations, and company policies.
• Risk Management and Compliance through Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and regulatory aspects.
• Project Planning and Execution - Lead the full lifecycle of divisional engineering projects, including concept development, feasibility analysis, design, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Team Leadership and Coordination - Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Ensure effective communication between engineering, operations, procurement, and other departments to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and manage divisional project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and control of expenditures.
• Allocate and optimize the use of personnel, equipment, and material resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for divisional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Facilitate decision-making by delivering clear analyses, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Drive process improvements, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction through continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Evaluate emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance divisional project performance.
• Monitor engineering designs, plans, and deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned and implement improvements in subsequent projects.
• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
• Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing engineering projects through the full life cycle.
• Proven experience in process improvement, leading the full lifecycle of divisional engineering projects, including concept development, feasibility analysis, design, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
