Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO support role.
- Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or working toward one) is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working within a PMO or centralized project governance environment.
- Exposure to procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor performance tracking.
