We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative in Houston, Texas for a growing distribution company serving the woodworking and construction supply industry.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in:
Hardwood lumber
Hardwood plywood
Millwork and moldings
Cabinet hardware
Adhesives, abrasives, and fasteners
Construction supply / building materials distribution
Industry experience is preferred but not required. We will train strong sales professionals.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established sales territory
Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships
Work with cabinet manufacturers, millwork shops, and furniture manufacturers
Use ERP system for order entry, quoting, and account management
Work a hybrid schedule including mandatory inside sales days (not fully outside role)
Compensation
Base salary + commission structure
Higher earnings possible based on performance
Performance bonuses available above commission
Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and bonus programs
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
