As a CRM Systems Analyst, you do more than configure systems — you solve human problems through technology. While automation and AI can enhance workflows, this role depends on critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate nuance. You’ll help determine what should be automated, why it matters, and how solutions should be designed to serve real people.
The CRM Systems Analyst sits at the intersection of data, systems, and decision-making, partnering with stakeholders to interpret needs, balance tradeoffs, and design solutions that technology alone cannot define. Your insight, curiosity, and ability to think contextually are what turn tools into impact.
What You’ll Do
In this CRM Systems Analyst role, you will apply solutions-oriented thinking to complex challenges by:
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements to design and implement CRM solutions, automations, workflows, and integrations that improve efficiency and constituent engagement
- Administering CRM configurations, releases, roles, permissions, and access controls with an emphasis on thoughtful data governance
- Managing small to medium CRM projects, using judgment to prioritize requirements and deliver scalable enhancements
- Partnering with users to evaluate processes, ask the right questions, and recommend improvements rooted in real-world use
- Supporting CRM security, data integrity, vendor coordination, and system optimization efforts
Requirements
We’re looking for a CRM Systems Analyst who brings strong technical skills and human-centered problem solving, including:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of full-time experience supporting CRM systems, enterprise applications, or business systems
- Experience with integrations, data mapping, imports/exports, and relational database concepts (SQL or SOQL)
- The ability to translate business needs into system solutions using logic, judgment, and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with a solutions-first mindset and comfort managing competing priorities to meet project timelines
What we want:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or comparable Salesforce certification
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development
- Experience working with one or more Salesforce clouds (i.e. Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience administering or supporting enterprise CRM platforms, including workflow automation and business process configuration, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of data structures, DDL/DML concepts, and data quality best practices within CRM or enterprise system environments
Why You’ll Love It Here
As a CRM Systems Analyst, you’ll work in an environment that values expertise, curiosity, and thoughtful decision-making over one-size-fits-all solutions. You’ll be trusted to assess tradeoffs, recommend the right approach, and continuously improve how technology supports people. We invest in growth, value collaboration, and empower the CRM Systems Analyst to think critically, design intentionally, and solve problems in ways AI alone cannot.
Ready to Build What’s Next?
If you’re motivated by solving meaningful problems, using technology with purpose, and applying human insight where it matters most, we’d love to meet you. Apply today to become our next CRM Systems Analyst and help shape solutions that truly make a difference.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Customer Success Analyst
Confirm which TN category your role fits
Customer Success Analyst roles get classified under Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst depending on job duties. Review the offer letter before filing. A mismatch between your duties and your declared TN visa category is a common denial trigger.
Align your credentials to U.S. equivalency standards
If your degree is from a Canadian or Mexican institution, get a credential evaluation confirming it equals a U.S. bachelor's in a relevant field. USCIS and CBP officers verify this match against your stated TN category during adjudication.
Target employers already comfortable sponsoring TN workers
SaaS and enterprise software companies hire Customer Success Analysts frequently and often have in-house TN filing experience. Prioritize roles at companies with dedicated immigration or HR compliance teams rather than those sponsoring a TN for the first time.
Ask your employer to draft a precise support letter
The employer's TN support letter must specify your job title, qualifying TN category, duties, degree requirement, and employment period. Vague language about responsibilities is one of the leading causes of delays at the port of entry for Canadian applicants.
Use Migrate Mate to find Customer Success Analyst roles
Search Migrate Mate to identify Customer Success Analyst openings at employers with recent visa filings, indicating experience with work visa sponsorship. Filtering by employers experienced with visa sponsorship upfront saves time and keeps your applications focused on realistic opportunities.
Prepare for Mexican applicants' consular appointment requirements
Mexican citizens must schedule a U.S. consular visa interview rather than applying at the border. Book your appointment as early as possible since wait times at U.S. consulates in Mexico can extend several weeks beyond your target start date.
Customer Success Analyst TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Customer Success Analyst role qualify for a TN visa?
Yes, but the classification depends on how your employer defines the role. Most Customer Success Analyst positions qualify under either the Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst TN category. Your job duties must clearly align with one of those categories, and your employer's support letter needs to reflect that alignment accurately.
How does the TN visa compare to the H-1B for Customer Success Analyst roles?
The TN visa has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, meaning you can apply and start work within days of receiving an offer. The H-1B visa requires lottery selection and typically takes six months or more before you can begin. For Canadian and Mexican professionals in Customer Success Analyst roles, TN is generally the faster and more predictable path.
Where can I find Customer Success Analyst jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically to surface roles where employers have confirmed TN visa sponsorship. Searching there filters out positions where you would need to negotiate sponsorship from scratch, so you can focus your applications on employers already prepared to support your TN filing.
What documents does a Canadian applicant need to apply for TN status as a Customer Success Analyst?
You'll need a valid Canadian passport, the employer's TN support letter specifying your job title, category, and duties, and proof of your qualifying degree such as a diploma or transcript. If your degree is from a Canadian institution, a credential evaluation confirming U.S. bachelor's equivalency is strongly recommended to avoid delays at the port of entry.
Can I switch employers while on a TN visa as a Customer Success Analyst?
Yes, but your TN status is tied to your current employer. Before starting with a new company, your new employer must file a new TN petition or you must re-apply at the border if you are Canadian. Working for the new employer before that approval is in place puts you out of status, so timing matters.
