ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities related to nursing clinical areas across the continuum of care, including traveling between various sites within the suburbs.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based programs and clinical performance processes.
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess educational needs and develop plans that support core nursing and clinical competencies across the organization.
- Manage performance standards for inter-professional programs and utilize specific methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
