The semester runs from January 19 to May 10 (inclusive of finals period). Adjunct instructors are welcome members of the department, and are provided with office space, email, voicemail, and support and resources needed for quality teaching. Successful candidates may have the possibility of teaching additional courses in subsequent semesters.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To apply, please submit a (1) letter of interest, (2) current curriculum vitae, and (3) the names and contact information for two references who can attest to the applicant's teaching experience and qualifications. In the cover letter, we invite candidates to describe their experiences working with a diverse student body. Finalists will also be asked to provide official transcripts of academic work. Applicants with a PhD in Behavior Analysis or Psychology are preferred. ABD doctoral candidates will also be considered. Individuals with a terminal master's degree in behavior analysis or psychology with experience teaching at the college level will also be considered. In addition to being part of the Major in Psychology, the Psychology of Learning course is the foundational course in Assumption’s Minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. Applicants should be prepared to teach topics related to behaviorism, Pavlovian learning, and operant learning.
