What You'll Do
As a participant in the Skills Advancement Training Program, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions
- Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate supervisor or physician
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe care environment while adhering to infection control and universal precaution standards
- Build confidence in delivering skilled nursing care through hands-on experience and mentorship
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
- Passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient care
