What You'll Do
- Conduct user and market research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate research data, industry standards, design principles, and requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive UX designs.
- Present research, design concepts, and strategic rationale to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and deliver design assets, ensuring design integrity through the management of Design Systems.
- Collaborate with IT development to align technical, marketing, and business requirements.
- Perform acceptance and usability testing on new and existing digital experiences, providing direction and recommendations based on user feedback, metrics, and best practice.
- Leverage AI tools to synthesize insights, accelerate workflows, and integrate into the UX design process.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, web accessibility standards, and technologies.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, in addition to a minimum of 2 years related work experience in UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or Information Design.
- Proven ability to make data-driven design decisions based on research, testing, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in Figma, HTML/CSS, user-centered design, and multi-platform design (web, mobile, tablet).
- Familiarity with large-scale design systems, responsive design principles, web accessibility, and behavioral psychology.
- Awareness of established and emerging AI tools, with an understanding of how these evolving technologies can integrate and enhance the UX design process.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders.
