What You'll Do
- Design and develop new consumer products from concept to production.
- Create sketches, 3D models, renderings, prototypes, and product specifications.
- Research materials, manufacturing processes, and emerging product trends.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to refine designs and resolve production issues.
- Balance functionality, aesthetics, cost, quality, and manufacturability.
- Work with Marketing and Packaging teams to ensure cohesive product launches.
- Manage multiple product concepts and development projects simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing physical consumer products.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, ergonomics, and product development.
- Excellent sketching, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take a product from an idea to a production-ready design.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with kitchenware, cookware, coffee products, appliances, or housewares.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers.
- Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, injection molding, die casting, or other manufacturing processes.
- Experience designing products for Amazon or other high-volume e-commerce brands.
