Kforce's client is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to lead the ground-up development of a new enterprise digital payments platform. This platform will serve as the backend processing engine supporting modern payment capabilities across consumer, commercial, and wealth banking channels. This role will act as the central coordination point across business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors—owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery alignment from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end development of the Payment Hub platform
- Lead business case development in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Define and execute product roadmap and strategy
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
Partner Closely With
- Business stakeholders
- Architecture and engineering teams
- External payment technology vendors
- Serve as the primary product lead and cross-functional coordinator
- Develop and manage implementation and rollout strategy
- Oversee vendor relationships, including delivery, performance, and accountability
- Ensure alignment across teams in a complex, highly integrated technical environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5-10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management
- Strong experience delivering products in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with Jira (required)
- Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate effectively as a non-technical but highly technical-facing leader
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments (required); banking or financial services strongly preferred
- Familiarity with modern payment platforms and ecosystems
- Experience working with or alongside major vendors such as: FIS, Fiserv, Finastra, Volante, etc.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and fintech partnerships

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
