This role sits within Tech Prioritization, which steers Walmart’s technology investments at scale—aligning strategy, funding, and people to maximize enterprise value. We drive decisive focus on what gets built, when, and why—so we move faster, reduce friction, and convert Walmart’s scale into structural competitive advantage. Search Manager, Product Management Jobs in ArkansasManager, Product Management Jobs in Arkansas: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for manager, product management roles in Arkansas?
Walmart and its technology subsidiary Walmart Global Tech are the most prominent H-1B sponsors for product management roles in Arkansas, particularly in Bentonville. Walmart-adjacent vendors and retail-tech suppliers operating in northwest Arkansas also sponsor product leaders with specialized experience. In Little Rock, healthcare organizations and financial services firms have filed LCAs for product management positions, though at lower volumes than the northwest corridor.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Arkansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for Manager, Product Management roles in Arkansas, as the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as computer science, business, or engineering. Some candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship pursue the TN visa under the USMCA. Executives transferring within a multinational may qualify for the L-1A.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Bentonville and the broader northwest Arkansas metro, including Rogers and Fayetteville, account for the largest share of product management sponsorship activity in the state, driven by Walmart's headquarters presence and a dense supplier ecosystem. Little Rock, as the state capital and largest city, has a secondary concentration in healthcare IT, government-adjacent tech, and financial services product roles.
How to find manager, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Manager, Product Management roles in Arkansas that are open to visa sponsorship. The platform filters specifically for sponsorship-eligible positions, so you can focus on employers in Bentonville, Little Rock, and the northwest Arkansas corridor who have an active track record of filing H-1B petitions for product management professionals rather than sorting through listings that do not address sponsorship at all.
Are there any state-specific considerations for product management visa sponsorship in Arkansas?
Northwest Arkansas has developed a notable tech talent pipeline through the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, which supplies product and engineering graduates to Walmart and its vendor community. Because Bentonville is a company-town environment dominated by retail and supply chain technology, product managers with domain expertise in those areas are more competitive for sponsorship than generalists. Prevailing wage determinations for LCA filings will reflect local DOL wage data for Arkansas, which differs from major coastal markets.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
