The H-1B is the most common visa category for manager, product management positions in Missouri, as these roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as computer science, business, or engineering. Candidates already holding L-1A intrapatriate manager status or O-1A visas for individuals with extraordinary ability may also find pathways, depending on their background and employer situation.
Which cities in Missouri have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Kansas City and St. Louis account for the large majority of manager, product management visa sponsorship opportunities in Missouri. U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
