Which companies sponsor visas for manager, product management roles in Colorado?
Palantir Technologies, headquartered in Denver, is one of Colorado's most active H-1B sponsors for product management roles. Other consistent sponsors include Ping Identity, Zayo Group, Ibotta, and LogRhythm. Larger enterprises with Colorado offices, such as Oracle and Amazon Web Services, also file H-1B petitions for manager-level product roles. Sponsorship patterns vary by company size and hiring cycle, so checking LCA disclosure data for recent filings is a reliable starting point.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa for manager, product management roles in Colorado, as the position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Candidates already holding L-1A or L-1B status through intracompany transfers are another significant group, particularly at multinationals with Colorado offices. O-1A petitions are less common but do appear for candidates with strong industry recognition.
Which cities in Colorado have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Boulder account for the large majority of manager, product management sponsorship activity in Colorado. The Denver Tech Center corridor, stretching south toward Greenwood Village and Englewood, hosts many of the state's mid-to-large technology and SaaS employers. Boulder's startup and deep-tech ecosystem adds a meaningful concentration of earlier-stage companies that sponsor product management hires. Colorado Springs has a smaller but growing tech sector, particularly in aerospace and defense-adjacent software.
How to find manager, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship roles, including manager, product management positions in Colorado. You can filter directly by state and role to surface employers that have a documented history of sponsoring work visas. Because Migrate Mate focuses on sponsorship-confirmed openings, it removes the guesswork of cold-applying to companies that may not support visa applicants at the manager level.
What should international candidates know about manager, product management sponsorship in Colorado specifically?
Colorado's prevailing wage determinations for manager-level product management roles are set by the Department of Labor and reflect the state's competitive technology market, particularly in Denver and Boulder. Employers filing an H-1B Labor Condition Application must attest to paying at least the prevailing wage for the specific location and job level. Colorado's FAMLI leave law and equal pay transparency requirements also affect how employers structure offers, which can be relevant context when evaluating total compensation during negotiations.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
