Are there state-specific considerations for manager, product management visa sponsorship in North Carolina?
North Carolina employers sponsoring H-1B workers for Manager, Product Management roles must file a Labor Condition Application certifying the offered wage meets the Department of Labor prevailing wage for that occupation and location. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in North Carolina?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
