Comcast and its NBCUniversal division in Philadelphia are among the most consistent H-1B sponsors for product management leaders in Pennsylvania. SAP America's Newtown Square headquarters, Independence Blue Cross, and large health systems like Jefferson Health and Penn Medicine also appear regularly in Department of Labor LCA filings for product management positions. Pittsburgh's technology sector adds employers like Duolingo and Carnegie Mellon University-affiliated spinouts to the mix.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Pennsylvania?

Are there any Pennsylvania-specific considerations for manager, product management visa sponsorship?

Product management manager titles often fall under SOC codes that place them at higher wage levels, which employers must meet or exceed in their LCA filing. Candidates should confirm the work location with the employer early, as remote or hybrid arrangements can affect which prevailing wage rate applies.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
