Which companies sponsor visas for manager, product management roles in Arizona?
Intel's Chandler and Tempe campuses are among the most active H-1B visa sponsors for product management leadership in Arizona. GoDaddy, Axon, Honeywell, and Microchip Technology also have documented sponsorship histories for product roles. Larger enterprise technology employers and semiconductor firms in the Phoenix metro tend to have established immigration programs that can support manager-level candidates.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common pathway for manager, product management roles in Arizona, as these positions typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. L-1A intracompany transferee visas are also relevant for candidates moving within a multinational company into a managerial product role. O-1 visas apply to candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in product management.
Which cities in Arizona have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and its surrounding suburbs account for the large majority of manager, product management sponsorship opportunities in Arizona. Scottsdale hosts a concentration of fintech and SaaS companies, Tempe is home to GoDaddy and several mid-size technology firms, and Chandler and Gilbert are central to Intel's Arizona operations. Tucson sees comparatively limited activity, though the University of Arizona's research and tech transfer ecosystem supports some product roles.
How to find manager, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters manager, product management roles specifically by visa sponsorship availability and state, making it straightforward to browse current openings in Arizona without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. Because sponsorship willingness isn't always stated in standard job postings, using a platform built around that filter saves significant time for international candidates targeting Arizona's technology and semiconductor employers.
Are there state-specific considerations for manager, product management sponsorship roles in Arizona?
Arizona's product management market is heavily shaped by the semiconductor and defense technology sectors, which means some manager-level roles may involve export control or security clearance requirements that can affect sponsorship eligibility for international candidates. Arizona State University and the University of Arizona also generate a steady pipeline of product-focused talent, making competition at the manager level particularly active among candidates already present in the U.S. on OPT or existing work authorization.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
