Larger enterprise technology employers and semiconductor firms in the Phoenix metro tend to have established immigration programs that can support manager-level candidates.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common pathway for manager, product management roles in Arizona, as these positions typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. L-1A intracompany transferee visas are also relevant for candidates moving within a multinational company into a managerial product role. Are there state-specific considerations for manager, product management sponsorship roles in Arizona?
Arizona's product management market is heavily shaped by the semiconductor and defense technology sectors, which means some manager-level roles may involve export control or security clearance requirements that can affect sponsorship eligibility for international candidates. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
