Which companies sponsor visas for account executives in Arizona?
Technology and SaaS companies with Phoenix-area headquarters or large regional offices are among the more active sponsors for account executive roles. GoDaddy, Axon, Carvana, and Microchip Technology have sponsored work visas for sales and business development positions. Larger enterprise software firms with Arizona operations, including Oracle and Insight Enterprises (headquartered in Tempe), have also filed sponsorships for client-facing sales roles.
Which visa types are most common for account executive roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account executive roles, provided the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications. Some candidates with specialized technical sales backgrounds may qualify under an O-1. Account executives from Canada or Mexico may also be eligible for TN status under the USMCA if the role aligns with a qualifying professional category.
Which cities in Arizona have the most account executive sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix is by far the largest market for account executive sponsorship jobs in Arizona, driven by its concentration of technology, financial services, and healthcare companies. Scottsdale hosts a significant number of SaaS and fintech firms with sales teams. Tempe, home to several corporate headquarters including Insight Enterprises, also generates sponsorship opportunities. Outside the metro area, Tucson has a smaller but active tech and defense sector with occasional openings.
How to find account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship, making it straightforward to find account executive roles in Arizona without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. You can search by role and state to surface active openings from companies that have a documented history of sponsoring work visas. This saves significant time compared to manually vetting individual job postings.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for account executives seeking visa sponsorship?
Arizona's growing tech corridor along the I-10 and Loop 101 corridors has attracted regional headquarters and sales offices, which tends to expand sponsorship availability compared to smaller markets. The state's proximity to Mexico also means some account executive roles focus on Latin American markets, where bilingual candidates may have an advantage. Arizona State University and University of Arizona produce a pipeline of business graduates, so competition for entry-level account executive roles can be notable.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account executive jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
