Which visa types are most common for consumer goods roles in Arizona?
H-1B visas dominate Arizona's consumer goods sector for specialized roles like data analysts, marketing specialists, and supply chain managers. E-3 visas are popular for Australian nationals, while L-1 visas serve international transfers to major brands' regional operations. O-1 visas occasionally appear for senior marketing executives with extraordinary achievements in brand development.
Which Arizona cities have the most consumer goods visa sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix leads Arizona's consumer goods sponsorship market, hosting major distribution centers and regional headquarters. Scottsdale attracts emerging consumer brands and marketing agencies, while Tucson offers opportunities with food and beverage companies. Arizona's prevailing wages for consumer goods positions are generally lower than California or New York but competitive within the Southwest region. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored consumer goods jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
