OUR CHALLENGE

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for developing AI models, integrating machine learning algorithms, and building scalable backend solutions that leverage AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data science, deep learning, and creating intelligent applications.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models using Python
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy AI solutions into production
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs that facilitate AI functionalities
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training
- Experiment with different algorithms and tuning hyperparameters to improve model accuracy
- Maintain and improve existing AI tools and workflows
- Document code, models, and processes to ensure maintainability
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Python Developer
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries like pandas and NumPy
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud platforms
- Understanding of databases and data storage solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

COMPENSATION

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, Arizona is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).
