INTRODUCTION
(We have two openings left for our Monday, March 30th start date) Please note before applying - this is an entry-level sales role! Insight Global is one of the world's largest staffing services & consulting firms. What does that mean? We make hiring easy for our clients. Since 2001, we've expanded from a small entrepreneurial startup to over $4 billion in revenue. Our growth is driven by our award-winning company culture, comprehensive training programs, and of course, our people. We pride ourselves on hiring elite entry-level sales candidates because we believe in promoting from within. Each employee starts as a Recruiter before earning a promotion to Account Management. As an entry-level Recruiter, you’ll be supported by a team of mentors to show you the ropes and give guidance every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be immersed in The IG Way, a cutting-edge training program designed to not only teach how we operate, but also how to accelerate your sales career.
Recruiter Position
The purpose of the Recruiter role is to build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. As a Recruiter, you’ll learn all about staffing and our services – and how to sell them to current and future clients. You’ll play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired. The average employee spends approximately six months in the Recruiter role before enrolling into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). The next 8 to 12 weeks, you'll be working to earn your promotion into either role by applying the skills and knowledge you learned to real-world scenarios with your future clients.
Account Manager Position
Account Managers are the face of our organization. They work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies by researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. They make an initial connection through networking and cold calls, ultimately becoming valuable business consultants and building long-term relationships with their clients. Account Managers run in-person meetings and lunches to get to know hiring goals, team dynamics, and sell how our services can elevate their business. They’ll then gather job requirements and work hand-in-hand with our Recruiting team to find the perfect candidates to fill each role. Account Managers don’t sell a product, they sell staffing and are experts when it comes to all things hiring.

Which staffing companies in Arizona sponsor E-3 visas?
National staffing firms with Arizona operations are among the most consistent E-3 sponsors in the state. Companies like Kforce, Insight Global, Robert Half, and Apex Group maintain Phoenix and Scottsdale offices and have filed Labor Condition Applications for professional roles. Sponsorship activity varies by role type and office, so reviewing DOL LCA disclosure data for specific employer filing history is the most reliable research method.
Which Arizona cities have the most staffing E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the majority of staffing E-3 sponsorship activity in Arizona, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, technology firms, and financial services clients that staffing agencies serve. Scottsdale and Tempe follow closely, particularly for technology-focused staffing and consulting roles. Tucson has a smaller but active market, especially for healthcare and IT staffing tied to the University of Arizona Medical Center.
How do I find staffing E-3 sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters staffing and recruiting roles in Arizona specifically by E-3 sponsorship history, so you can identify which employers have filed Labor Condition Applications for relevant positions rather than applying broadly. Search by industry, city, and role type to find staffing firms active in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe. This approach focuses your applications on employers with a demonstrated record of E-3 sponsorship in the staffing sector.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship in Arizona?
Roles that require a bachelor's degree in a directly related field are the threshold for E-3 specialty occupation eligibility. Within staffing, positions most commonly qualifying include technical recruiters with a human resources or business degree, talent acquisition specialists, workforce analytics roles, and account managers in technology or professional services staffing. General staffing coordinator positions without a degree requirement are unlikely to qualify under the specialty occupation standard.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for E-3 sponsorship in the staffing industry?
Arizona does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal E-3 rules, but staffing firms operating as W-2 employers must file the Labor Condition Application with DOL before the visa application proceeds. Arizona's right-to-work status does not affect E-3 sponsorship eligibility. Staffing agencies placing workers at client sites should clarify with the sponsoring employer whether the LCA covers the client location, as worksite addresses on the LCA must reflect where work is actually performed.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 staffing jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
