What You'll Do
As an Order Management Specialist, you'll own the customer order process from order entry through delivery and invoicing while serving as a trusted point of contact for your assigned customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage customer orders from entry through successful shipment and invoicing.
- Review orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, credit memos, and returns.
- Coordinate with production planning, inventory, shipping, and purchasing to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Proactively monitor open orders and communicate schedule changes or delays.
- Build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal business partners.
- Resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects Carlisle's commitment to service excellence.

- ERP experience (SAP preferred) is a plus.
