Company Overview
XNRGY Climate Solutions is a leading North American provider of sustainable design and state-of-the-art manufacturing of custom air handling and liquid cooling systems. With decades of experience in HVAC engineering and manufacturing, XNRGY is uniquely qualified to deliver innovative and energy-efficient solutions that meet the specific needs of a wide range of industries, including hyperscale and modular data centers, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical labs, semiconductor clean rooms, EV battery manufacturers, and life sciences facilities. Own the Flow. Control the Inventory. Keep the Factory Moving.
XNRGY is seeking an experienced Material and Logistics Manager to join the team in Mesa, AZ. We are looking for a hands-on operational leader who knows how to bring structure, discipline, and control to internal material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is not about transportation strategy or high-level planning from a desk. It is about owning how materials move inside the factory, ensuring inventory is accurate, transactions are clean, and production always has what it needs to run without disruption. If you know how to build order out of operational complexity, lead from the floor, and create material flow systems that actually hold up under pressure, this is where you make your impact.
What You’ll Own
Material Flow: Own and improve internal material flow from receiving through production to finished goods, ensuring smooth and efficient movement across the factory.
Inventory Accuracy: Implement and sustain cycle counting and inventory control processes that improve accuracy, reduce discrepancies, and increase confidence in the system.
ERP Ownership: Ensure all physical material movements are reflected correctly and in real time in Epicor, driving transaction discipline and system integrity.
Standard Work: Establish and enforce SOPs, standard work, and visual work instructions for material handling and movement processes.
Floor Execution: Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, auditing processes, identifying breakdowns, and driving improvements in real time.
Team Leadership: Lead and coach supervisors and material handling teams to reinforce accountability, process adherence, and consistent execution.
Performance Metrics: Build and track operational metrics around inventory accuracy, transaction compliance, and material availability, then use them to drive continuous improvement.
Production Support: Serve as a key partner to production by ensuring materials are available, accurate, and delivered where they need to be without delay.
Problem Solving: Identify root causes behind material-related disruptions, shortages, or line stoppages and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe handling and movement of materials, including large components moved by forklift or crane, in line with safety standards and best practices.
Who You Are
You have deep experience in materials management, internal logistics, or factory material flow within a manufacturing environment.
You understand that inventory accuracy is not just a system issue, it is an operational discipline.
You know how to connect physical movement on the floor with accurate ERP transactions and strong process control.
You are comfortable building structure in environments that are still evolving and not yet fully mature.
You lead through presence, clarity, and accountability, not by staying removed from the work.
You are hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable solving problems in real time alongside operations.
You know how to coach teams, reinforce standards, and create consistency in fast-moving environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in materials management, internal logistics, or material flow within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ownership of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and ERP transaction discipline.
Strong understanding of material movement processes and their connection to ERP systems, with Epicor experience preferred.
Experience developing and implementing standard work, SOPs, and process audits.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations directly from the production floor.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing or evolving environment and bring structure where processes are still developing.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive accountability across functions.

Which companies sponsor visas for logistics managers in Arizona?
Amazon, Walmart, and large third-party logistics providers with distribution centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area have historically filed H-1B petitions for logistics and supply chain management roles. Manufacturing companies in Tucson and aerospace firms along the I-10 corridor also sponsor logistics managers. Checking DOL Labor Condition Application disclosure data is a reliable way to identify which specific employers have sponsored these roles recently.
Which visa types are most common for logistics manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa for logistics manager positions, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals under the USMCA for qualifying management roles. L-1A is an option for logistics managers transferring within a multinational company to an Arizona location.
Which cities in Arizona have the most logistics manager sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the largest share of logistics manager openings in Arizona, driven by its extensive warehouse and distribution infrastructure in the West Valley and Chandler areas. Tucson is a secondary market with activity tied to manufacturing and cross-border trade with Mexico. Tempe and Mesa also see demand from e-commerce fulfillment operations concentrated along the Loop 202 corridor.
How to find logistics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search for logistics manager roles in Arizona without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. Using Migrate Mate's state and role filters surfaces employers who have indicated willingness to sponsor, saving significant time compared to manually reviewing individual job postings across multiple sources.
Are there any Arizona-specific factors logistics managers should know about for visa sponsorship?
Arizona's proximity to the Mexico border makes cross-border supply chain experience particularly valuable to employers in the region, which can strengthen a sponsorship case. The state's growing semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sector, anchored by TSMC's Phoenix campus, is creating new logistics manager demand with employers experienced in international hiring. Arizona State University also produces supply chain graduates that some employers draw from before sponsoring candidates internationally.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored logistics manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
