Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance of all staff personnel files, ensuring proper documentation, certifications, and adherence to federal, state, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, and behavioral health licensing standards).
- Post job listings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites, to attract qualified candidates in the behavioral health sector.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, background checks, credentialing, and integration into our behavioral health team culture.
- Manage the iSolved employee hourly tracker system, including timekeeping, payroll integration, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee Relias training programs, assigning courses, tracking completion, and ensuring all staff meet mandatory training requirements for behavioral health competencies (e.g., crisis intervention, ethics, and cultural sensitivity).
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, with a focus on supporting mental health and well-being.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs (EAPs) tailored to behavioral health professionals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment, diversity, equity, and inclusion in a behavioral health setting.
- Conduct recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and collaborating with department heads to fill positions efficiently.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance audits.
- Stay updated on behavioral health trends, labor laws, and best practices to provide strategic HR guidance to leadership.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition events.
Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, including trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and employee mental health support.
- Proficiency in HR software, specifically iSolved for time tracking and payroll, and Relias for training management.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws, compliance standards, and documentation best practices.
