INTRODUCTION
Under the supervision of the Provost, manage the student services of the Mesa Arizona location and provide support to students and faculty.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- To understand and commit to the Mission of Dodge City Community College that states to provide a student-centered learning environment where students can achieve their educational, personal, and career goals.
- Provide high quality student service.
- Recruit students for Arizona location.
- Assist in the development of recruiting materials, including maintain social media presence.
- Coordinate activities of various departments as it relates to incoming students and semester starts.
- Facilitate information sessions for prospective students.
- Advise students at the Arizona location.
- Assist students with class registration.
- Process student enrollments both in person and on the phone.
- Maintain student academic files.
- Evaluate incoming transfer credits.
- Coordinate academic class schedules on a semester basis.
- Communicate classroom materials needs with College bookstore.
- Complete any needed business office paperwork or functions necessary at the Arizona location.
- Assist with annual state audit preparation.
- Assist with class rosters, certification rosters, and grade rosters.
- Assist with the preparation of institutional, state and federal reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree.
- Excellent computer, filing, and reproductions skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to include telephone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in student records, academic advising, and other student services.
Physical Requirements
With or without assistance:
- Ability to operate computers, read hand-written or typed copy, and perform data entry functions.
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
- Ability to speak clearly and audibly to students in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to stretch, bend, stoop, and kneel as required to perform the duties of this position.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
