Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for software product managers?
Intel's large Chandler campus, GoDaddy's Scottsdale headquarters, and Microchip Technology are among the Arizona employers with established records of sponsoring H-1B visas for software product managers. Larger tech-adjacent companies in the Phoenix metro, including fintech firms and enterprise software companies, also appear in Department of Labor LCA disclosure data as consistent sponsors for product management roles.
Which visa types are most common for software product manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for software product managers in Arizona, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B intracompany transferee status or an O-1 visa for extraordinary ability may also find pathways through Arizona employers without entering the H-1B lottery.
Which cities in Arizona have the most software product manager sponsorship jobs?
The Phoenix metropolitan area accounts for the majority of software product manager sponsorship activity in Arizona. Tempe and Scottsdale have the highest concentration of tech and fintech employers actively hiring in this role. Chandler is notable for Intel's semiconductor operations, which drives product management demand in hardware and embedded software. Tucson has a smaller but growing tech presence linked to the University of Arizona.
How to find software product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse software product manager roles in Arizona without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. Because sponsoring employers in Arizona tend to cluster in the Phoenix metro and specific industries like fintech and semiconductors, using Migrate Mate to filter by state and role saves meaningful time compared to unfiltered job searches.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for software product managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Arizona's Department of Labor prevailing wage determinations for software product managers vary by metro area, with Phoenix and Scottsdale commanding higher wage levels than smaller markets like Tucson or Flagstaff. Employers must meet those prevailing wage thresholds when filing an LCA, which can influence which companies actively pursue sponsorship. Arizona State University's large computer science and MBA programs also create a local talent pipeline that some employers draw from before extending offers to international candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored software product manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
