Which companies in Arkansas sponsor visas for account executives?
Walmart and its network of Bentonville-based technology suppliers are among the most active sponsors in the state, alongside healthcare organizations like Baptist Health and Arkansas Children's Hospital. Enterprise software firms and logistics companies operating in Little Rock and Fayetteville have also filed for H-1B sponsorship on behalf of account executives in sales and client management roles.
Which visa types are most common for account executive roles in Arkansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account executives in Arkansas, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or communications. Australian nationals may qualify for the E-3 visa. Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible occupations may pursue the TN visa, though account executive roles require careful documentation to meet TN criteria.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most account executive sponsorship jobs?
Bentonville and Rogers lead in sponsorship activity due to Walmart's global headquarters and the concentration of retail technology vendors in the area. Little Rock follows as the state capital with a strong healthcare and financial services presence. Fayetteville supports a smaller but active market tied to the University of Arkansas and regional enterprise software companies hiring client-facing sales professionals.
How to find account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it easier to identify account executive roles in Arkansas where employers are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sorting through general job boards, you can search by role and state to surface positions at Bentonville-area retailers, Little Rock healthcare organizations, and Fayetteville technology firms that have a track record of sponsoring work visas.
Are there any state-specific considerations for account executives pursuing sponsorship in Arkansas?
Arkansas's economy is heavily shaped by retail supply chain, agriculture technology, and regional healthcare, so account executive roles here often require industry-specific experience in those sectors. The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville produces a local talent pipeline, meaning sponsored candidates benefit from demonstrating specialized expertise that distinguishes them. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific role and geographic area.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account executive jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
