Job Duties:
- Picking, Packing and Stacking Boxes
- Apply label to a box
- Building a pallet or placing boxes on a conveyor belt
- Stacking and building pallets from the pack lanes on the dock
- Maintain any required documentation or paperwork
- Perform Bin to Bin transfers and record movement accurately
- Stage and load material following pick tickets or by other instruction
- Independently pick, pack, and palletize orders
- Operate and maintain handheld scanner in good working condition, print labels when needed
- Ensure proper loading of material including distribution on trailers and bracing loads
- Perform visual quality checks for physical damage
- Ensure all finished goods and loads are properly identified, if not repack when needed
- Weighs and records material weight
- Perform special packaging or repackaging as needed, maintain Quality Control is adhered to on all products being shipped out and ensure correct count of product when packing
- Maintain certification and safely operate forklift
- Perform housekeeping duties, and maintain assigned area utilizing 6S principles
- Maintains a safe working environment and works safe 100% of the time
- Advise, assist, and instruct other personnel as part of their development or training
- 40-60 pounds lifting with bending required
- All other duties as assigned
