- Design differentiated go-to-market strategies, regional sales plans, and channel layouts adapted to the North American landscape. Master product specifications and use-case fit to craft bespoke product proposals, pricing strategies, and partnership frameworks.
II. Account Management & Relationship Excellence
- Establish a systematic account-care rhythm: conduct regular business reviews with existing clients to monitor sell-through, inventory health, and market feedback. Proactively resolve merchandising, sales, and after-sales coordination issues to ensure partnership stability.
- Manage customer complaints, disputes, and escalations end-to-end. Collaborate with 售后 (after-sales) and supply-chain teams to protect brand reputation and market credibility in North America.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, Business English, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in overseas BD/sales within the networking router or smart wearables industry, with deep roots in the North American market. Proven network of North American B2B clients, cross-border agents, wearable industry channels, or government/enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
