Search Partnerships Associate Jobs in ColoradoPartnerships Associate Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for partnerships associates in Colorado?
Technology and enterprise software companies lead sponsorship activity for partnerships associates in Colorado. Denver-based employers like Palantir Technologies, Arrow Electronics, and Vertafore have filed Labor Condition Applications for business development and partnerships roles. Boulder's SaaS and healthtech companies also sponsor regularly. Sponsorship is not universal, so targeting mid-to-large employers with existing immigration infrastructure gives international candidates the strongest footing.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships associate roles in Colorado?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for partnerships associates in Colorado, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates already authorized to work may transfer status. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa as a direct alternative to the H-1B, which bypasses the lottery entirely.
Which cities in Colorado have the most partnerships associate sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the majority of partnerships associate sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its concentration of tech, fintech, and enterprise software companies along the I-25 corridor. Boulder is the second strongest market, home to numerous SaaS startups and growth-stage companies. Colorado Springs has a smaller but emerging presence, particularly among defense and government technology contractors that occasionally hire for partnerships-adjacent roles.
How to find partnerships associate visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to surface partnerships associate roles in Colorado without sifting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. Searching by state and role on Migrate Mate surfaces employers actively hiring internationally, which is especially useful in Colorado's competitive Front Range market where sponsorship-willing employers are a meaningful but specific subset of total openings.
Are there state-specific considerations for partnerships associates seeking sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives international candidates useful context when evaluating whether a role meets prevailing wage thresholds required for H-1B sponsorship. University pipelines from CU Boulder and the University of Denver also supply international graduates already in OPT status, meaning Colorado employers in tech and business development are generally familiar with work authorization requirements for early-career partnerships hires.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships associate jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
