Which companies in Massachusetts sponsor visas for partnerships associates?
Boston-area technology and SaaS companies are among the most active sponsors for partnerships associate roles in Massachusetts. HubSpot, Wayfair, Klaviyo, and Rapid7 have sponsored work visas for business development and partnerships positions. Life sciences firms in Cambridge and Kendall Square, along with financial technology companies in the Seaport District, also appear regularly in Department of Labor disclosure data for similar roles.
What visa types are most common for partnerships associate roles in Massachusetts?
The H-1B is the most common visa for partnerships associates in Massachusetts, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3. Those from Canada or Mexico may be eligible for TN status under the USMCA. O-1 visas are an option for individuals with demonstrated exceptional professional achievement in business development or partnerships.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most partnerships associate sponsorship jobs?
Boston accounts for the majority of partnerships associate sponsorship opportunities in Massachusetts, particularly in the Back Bay, South End, and Seaport areas where SaaS, fintech, and media companies cluster. Cambridge is a secondary hub, driven by biotech and technology firms near MIT and Harvard. Waltham and Burlington along the Route 128 corridor also host established technology employers that sponsor visas for partnerships and business development roles.
How to find partnerships associate visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate is a job board built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship, and it filters partnerships associate openings in Massachusetts by sponsorship history. Rather than sorting through thousands of postings manually, you can use Migrate Mate to identify Massachusetts employers who have sponsored comparable roles in the past, which significantly narrows your search to companies most likely to support a visa application.
Are there any Massachusetts-specific considerations for partnerships associates seeking visa sponsorship?
Massachusetts is a high-cost labor market, so prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program reflect Boston-area compensation benchmarks, which employers must meet or exceed. The state's concentration of universities, including MIT, Harvard, Northeastern, and Boston University, creates a strong talent pipeline and means many local employers are familiar with OPT and STEM OPT extensions, making them more accustomed to sponsoring international candidates transitioning into full-time partnerships roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships associate jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
