Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for patient services managers?
UCHealth, SCL Health (now Intermountain Health), Children's Hospital Colorado, and Denver Health are among the larger Colorado health systems with established HR infrastructure for visa sponsorship. Academic medical centers affiliated with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus tend to have more experience processing H-1B petitions for healthcare administration roles than smaller regional facilities.
Which visa types are most common for patient services manager roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for patient services managers, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline. Candidates with eligible nationalities may also qualify through the TN visa (Canadians and Mexicans), and those with exceptional records in healthcare management may explore the O-1A, though that standard is high.
Which cities in Colorado have the most patient services manager sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Aurora account for the largest share of patient services manager openings in Colorado, driven by the Anschutz Medical Campus and major hospital networks clustered in the metro area. Colorado Springs has a secondary concentration through Centura Health facilities. Fort Collins and Boulder see smaller but consistent hiring through regional medical centers and University of Colorado Health affiliates.
How to find patient services manager visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search patient services manager roles in Colorado without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. Filtering by Colorado on Migrate Mate surfaces openings at health systems and medical centers that have actively sponsored visas for this role type, saving significant time compared to unfiltered job searches.
Are there any state-specific considerations for patient services managers seeking sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado's prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program are determined by the Department of Labor's wage data for the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood and other metro areas, so employers must offer wages meeting those benchmarks. The University of Colorado Health system qualifies as a cap-exempt employer, meaning H-1B petitions filed through its entities are not subject to the annual lottery, which is a meaningful distinction for candidates who missed the cap.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored patient services manager jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
