KIT D816V is responsible for driving a rare and serious condition called Systemic Mastocytosis, and exon 17 mutations are also found in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), a type of cancer with strong dependence on oncogenic KIT signaling. Bezuclastinib has exhibited promising initial data across all three trials: APEX in AdvSM, SUMMIT in NonAdvSM and PEAK in GIST, including an encouraging safety profile across 600+ patients in single agent and combination dosing.

- Oversee field operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure high‑quality, consistent documentation and reporting, including medical and scientific field insights, competitive intelligence, and KOL/HCP engagement and development
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback, field observation, performance reviews, and development planning
- Ensure consistent training and continuing education to maintain strong scientific expertise, compliant field engagement, and readiness to support cross‑functional education as internal subject matter experts
- Foster a collaborative, high‑trust team environment and serve as a strong Medical Affairs partner across internal functions
- Demonstrate and model excellence in communicating complex scientific and clinical information across diverse audiences and formats
- Represent Cogent Biosciences at key scientific meetings and congresses, providing leadership and clarity on MSL roles, responsibilities, and coverage

Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for personal assistant roles?
Visa sponsorship for personal assistants in Colorado tends to come from larger organizations with established HR and immigration infrastructure. Financial services firms, real estate investment companies, technology employers in the Denver and Boulder areas, and large hospitality groups have historically filed sponsorship petitions for administrative and executive support roles. Smaller private employers and individual households rarely have the resources to sponsor work visas.
Which visa types are most common for personal assistant jobs in Colorado?
Personal assistant roles in Colorado most commonly involve H-1B sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as business administration or a related discipline, and meets the specialty occupation standard. Some roles may qualify under the O-1 category for individuals with demonstrated extraordinary ability. Roles that do not require a degree typically do not meet H-1B specialty occupation criteria, which is an important eligibility consideration.
How to find personal assistant visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers looking for visa sponsorship roles, including personal assistant positions in Colorado. You can filter by state and role to surface employers who have a documented history of sponsoring work visas. This is more reliable than general job boards, which rarely distinguish between employers open to sponsorship and those that are not. Starting your search on Migrate Mate helps narrow the field considerably.
Which cities in Colorado have the most personal assistant sponsorship opportunities?
Denver accounts for the largest concentration of personal assistant sponsorship opportunities in Colorado, driven by its corporate headquarters, legal firms, and financial services sector. Boulder adds meaningful volume through its technology and life sciences companies. Colorado Springs has a smaller but present market, particularly around defense contractors and healthcare organizations. The Front Range corridor overall represents the most active area for sponsored administrative and executive support roles.
Are there state-specific considerations for personal assistants seeking visa sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the prevailing wage as determined by the Department of Labor for the specific occupation and geographic area. For personal assistant roles, the occupational classification used on the Labor Condition Application affects prevailing wage determinations significantly. Colorado's relatively strong job market and growing corporate presence in Denver and Boulder have made it a more active sponsorship state compared to many others in the Mountain West region.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored personal assistant jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
